in the petroleum, chemical, and power industries. With the ever growing need for
qualified controls people experienced in shutdowns, turnarounds, and capitol projects.
We are a company of project controls specialists for the sole purpose of supporting

Troy Cassels
Troy Cassels serves as President of Innovative Turnaround Controls and owner. Overseeing
all of ITC’s interests and operations. Troy Cassels started with ITC in 2004 at
its inception. Working from a minor partner with duties in sales and project management
to sole owner with the title of president.
Much of Troy’s career revolved around the heavy industrial industry. Working from
the “Bottom Up” as they say. Kris crossing the United States from one plant to the
next accomplishing turnarounds and capital projects for clients in the refining
business.

Geri Chapman
Geri Chapman has been the Office Manager for ITC since January, 2005. She came to
us with over 25 years experience in the refinery industry. Twenty years of this
experience was as District Secretary and Operations Assistant for Western Stress,
World Stress, Cooperheat and Kelson Industrial Services (JVIC). Geri has extensive
experience in human resources, contract administration, benefit administration,
payroll and accounting functions. In 2009 she assumed the responsibilities of ITC
Controller. Geri completed over 180 hours at the University of Houston with her
concentration focusing on Industrial Health and Psychology.

Lyndsay Pool
Lyndsay joined ITC in January 2009, and has several of experience in public accounting.
Her experience includes income tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and
partnerships, payroll tax reporting, preparation and supervision of compilations
and tax projections, and fieldwork for audit engagements in such industries such
as nonprofit, construction, oil & gas services, consulting and homebuilding.
Lyndsay is licensed to practice accounting in the state of Texas. She graduated
cum laude from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting
and Finance.

Lional Valero
Lionel is the Recruiter for ITC and have been with the company for 6 months. He
bring more than 6 years of recruiting and sales experience to ITC. he have experience
in recruiting Industrial, Light Industrial, Construction, Office/Clerical, Skilled
Trades and Professional positions.

Steve Cordell
Steve Cordell came from a industrial painting and sandblasting background.
He started his career in the refinery industry as a hole watch/fire watch for JVIC.
He later pursued a career in industrial painting and sandblasting with Protherm
Services Group. After a year in this field he enrolled in the scheduling courses
ITC offered. Upon successful completion of the courses 19 months ago he was
hired full time as our in house scheduler. Steve has completed projects for
Nustar in Portland, Oregon and again for Nustar in St. James, Louisiana. Steve
is currently the Corporate Trainer for Scheduling 101, 102 and 103 and also heavily
assists in recruiting and processing of new employees.

Molly Rowell
Bookkeeper
Molly Rowell comes to us with 10 years previous experience in the Mortgage Industry
as a Loan Processor. Molly joined ITC as a part time data entry clerk and later
joined us full time as a recruiting assistant. Molly is currently working as Administrative
Assistant and handles all bookkeeping functions for 4 other sister companies as
well as assisting the ITC Controller.

Joshy Varghese
Joshy has more than 13 years of IT experience in Business Operations, Application
Software Development, Program and Delivery Management. His diverse skills across
platforms comprise experience in managing multiple, concurrent software development
projects, deliveries, turnaround and crisis management.
His past employment history in the Software industry comprises 5 years of of software
development experience, 3 years consulting experience and 3 years of business management
experience. In addition to overseeing the development and delivery of Software services,
Joshy was also responsible for the successful setting up and management of the Company’s
Bangalore(India) Development Centre. Joshy has Masters Degrees in Business Operations
and Computer Applications from Symbiosis, Pune, India.

Jake Soliz
Jake Soliz is the systems administrator for ITC. With seven years of experience,
he provides advanced computer hardware and network support for the operational and
research needs for ITC. Soliz joined ITC as a computer systems administrator in
February 2008. He has degrees in computer networking and systems management from
ITT Technical Institute. Before ITC, he was previously employed as a field network
engineer/consultant servicing multiple county courthouses and sheriff departments.

Toby Grubbs
Toby Grubbs was appointed as Director Business Development, Strategic Initiatives,
in July 2008. In this position, Toby leads initiatives in support of the company's
strategic priorities, including content development, international expansion, cross-platform
opportunities, and Technical growth. He works closely with the senior leadership
team to ensure continued progress toward the company's goals.
With 9 years of technical and IT management experience, Grubbs has held a wide variety
of Information Technology roles at a variety of corporations. Most recently, he
served as Chief Information Officer of Technology, reporting directly to the CEO.
In this role, he led Overall Overhaul Inc. Engineering’s IT Strategy, Architecture
and Governance organization, and was responsible for defining the overall IT Architecture,
also establishing relations overseas as well as managing all compliance and regulatory
commitments for the OOI IT organization.

Cayce Cassels
Cayce Cassels was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated from Tuloso-Midway
High School in 1988. He served one tour in the United States Air Force from 1994-1998
as a jet engine mechanic. Upon honorable discharge, he spent the next 8 years as
a jet engine mechanic working for Lockheed Martin and Standard Aero. Cayce joined
ITC in late 2008 and divides his time between new software development and in house
scheduling.

Experience: Rick has been with ITC since 2005 working at the Valero
Ardmore, Oklahoma Refinery. Rick has worked in the petrochemical industry for 19
years, and has extensive mechanical experience in new construction, turnaround,
and revamp projects. He takes pride in achieving and maintaining good client relations.

Jeff Spilane
Jeff Spillane is a senior financial/operations consultant with over twenty five
years experience in accounting, risk management and systems development. Mr. Spillane
holds a current CPA license from the state of Texas, a BS in Business Administration
from Trinity University in San Antonio and a master’s degree in accounting from
the University of Texas at Austin. Recently Mr. Spillane spent ten years as the
CFO of a staffing firm which more than doubled in size during his tenure. This staffing
experience uniquely qualifies him to consult on the issues facing ITC as the company
expands.
